Travel
My suite is available for all appointments. My travel fee starts at $15 and varies by location. Any additional fees are the client’s responsibility to cover (parking, lodging, etc.) and may be required depending on location.
Deposits
A 30% deposit is required to book. If this is not paid, you are not guaranteed that time and date.
All booking deposits are non-refundable.
Clients are responsible for payment of services provided to Jalynn Grantham.
Late Policy
If the client is running behind, it’s highly recommended to communicate with me, as being 15+ minutes late may lead to the appointment being cancelled. After 15 minutes, a $15 late fee will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelling within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of the remaining balance. Clients who don’t show up and fail to communicate will be charged 100% of the remaining balance.
This balance will have to be paid in order to book future appointments. Rescheduling to a date 30+ days away requires a new deposit.
