Everyone leaves with a complimentary touch-up kit to ensure your style stays perfect from the moment you leave your appointment to the minute your event ends.

A 30% deposit is required to book. If this is not paid, you are not guaranteed your appointment.
All booking deposits are non-refundable.

If the client is running late, it is advised to communicate with me, as being 15+ minutes late may lead to a cancellation of your appointment.
After 15 minutes, you will be charged a $15 late fee.

Cancelling within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of the remaining balance.
Clients who don’t show up and fail to communicate will be charged 100% of the remaining balance.
This balance must be paid before booking future appointments.
Rescheduling to a date 30+ days away requires a new deposit.
